Seven (7) Team-Building-Must-Dos in Preparation for the Next Business Season. Part 2


1.     Celebrate Your Team: Team-spirit can be very spontaneous when the team celebrates every success and every lesson from the failures. Identify the core-qualities of your team-members and openly celebrate these qualities. Don’t fail to mention necessary areas where each member needs improvement in the process. Above all, emphasize the desired destination of the team as the central goal, discuss the vision and analyze the mission.

2.     Demonstrate Leadership: Identify the type of leader you will like to follow and decide to be that leader yourself. What type of leader will you like to follow? The leader that is leading you towards maximizing your potential or otherwise? The leader that understands your state and what you need to do to get better? Be determined to lead people to become leaders not perpetually remaining followers.

3.     Deliver your seasoned parting speech: Summarize the entire experience you have had, turn-it around to explore the lessons and present it as resolutions on the way forward. Declare the speech as a mandate to get set for exploits in the coming season.

4.     Appreciate Your Creator: Appreciation invites additional provision. The best provisions are those enjoyed as a result of sustained relationship after the initial provision. The Creator has provided everyone with life and has given the opportunity to thrive to everyone freely. The best appreciation for the Creator is to treat the gift of life we received from Him well by living to honor and praise Him. The honor and praise will without doubt invite additional provision and progress from Him in the coming season.
